ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to establish a fair price shop in his patta land in Survey Nos.337/1F1, 337/1F3 and 337/1G at Atchampadu Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions from the Tahsildar, Rahdapuram submits that there is no proposal for establishing a fair price shop in above said petitioner's land.
