O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioners that both fell in love each other and since they have attained majority, they got married and their marriage is yet to be registered. Now they apprehend honour killing at the hands of the father of the 1st petitioner and hence, they lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Since the same has not been considered so far, they approached this Court seeking police protection.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12207 of 2019 petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered under 'Woman Missing' and after enquiry, the same has been closed. In fact, they also appeared before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and they gave statements.
