ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.827 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 11⁄2 years, no progress has been made in the investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the Concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
