ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass final order in proceedings in Roc.No.Q3/322/2005 dated 20.03.2005.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the petitioner was allowed to retire on 31.03.2005, the retirement benefits have not been disbursed on the ground that charge memo in Roc.No.Q3/322/2005, dated 20.03.2005 is pending till date. It is further submitted that he has submitted a detailed explanation to the said charge memo on 26.03.2005 itself and he has also submitted a representation dated 13.07.2015 to the respondents seeking for the above said relief. Since no final order has been passed so far, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
