ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.348 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that pending the criminal original petition, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and taken on file as C.C.No.163 of 2024, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukottai.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
