PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 and further direct the 2nd Respondent to ensure the just and fair election of 5th Respondent in accordance with FORM-VI of the said society after fresh notification.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 and consequently direct the second Respondent to ensure the just and fair election of the fifth Respondent in accordance with FORM-VI of the said society after fresh notification.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the election was already conducted on 10.10.2021 and Form-VII was also submitted before the Registrar. 2/4
