ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.165 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner on a complaint given by the petitioner the police have registered a case for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC but there is no substantial progress and investigation has become stand still. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and charge sheet was also submitted to the Court by way of e-filing in C.N.R.No.9120 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022.
4. Since the investigation stated to have been completed, no further orders can be passed by this Court.
