2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already final report came to be filed and the case was also taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2024 by the Special Court for trial cases under SC/ST (POA), Dindigul.
