O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment on the 30 feet wide street in the Maikkudi Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 28.12.2015.

2.This Court directs the fifth respondent to take action in the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed, after issuing notice to the affected parties and by following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
