ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct speedy enquiry based on petitioner's complaint dated 22.01.2026 , this writ petition is filed. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a Motor Accident Claim petition in M.C.O.P.No.272 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judges Court at Kulithalai seeking compensation for the death of her husband. However, without instructions from the petitioner, someone had filed caveat. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint. Since the same is unattended, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner would be considered.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
