This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the 2nd respondent has conducted enquiry upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 21.02.2022. During the enquiry, it was revealed that, with regard to arrears of rent and for eviction, a RCOP is pending before the District Munsif Court, Dindigul in R.C.O.P.No.13 of 2018. The submission is recorded. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
