Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties to execute two common sureties in the order dated 16.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.(MD.No.7453 of 2024, on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties to execute two common sureties in the order dated 16.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7453 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are the in-laws of the defacto complainant and they are same family and they are unable to arrange two sureties each and hence, prayed that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. 3.In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and in paragraph 2/3
