ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2, to take appropriate action against the respondent No.7, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2021 in accordance
with law
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the appropriate forum.
