The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.124 of 2022 dated 20.12.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
