O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2021.

2.On reading of the representation of the petitioner as well as the hearing of the petitioner would go to show that this is the complaint which has been given seeking criminal action against the person mentioned in the complaint. Writ of Mandamus for such nature of relief may not arise.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upn the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in CP No.027672/1695/2021, dated 24.09.2021 and summons have been issued to the petitioner as well as the persons mentioned in the complaint.

W.P.(MD)No.18496 of 2021 4.Since enquiry is going to be conducted, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
