O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that at present he is in Malaysia and he needs renewal of his Passport. However, this writ petition has been wrongly filed for quashing of his earlier Passport instead of renewal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file a fresh writ petition through his wife, since the petitioner is in Malaysia.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition through his wife. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
