For Petitioner : Mr.R.Sakthivel For Respondents : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking seeking to expedite the investigation in Crime No.197 of 2023 on the file of the respondent No.3 police within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has filed a complaint before the respondent police that his daughter was found missing from 22.06.2023 onwards. It is submitted that his daughter has developed friendship with one Kavikumar @ Arul, who was already married and was working in Indian Army. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the police came to know that the petitioner's daughter has been residing with one Kavikumar @ Arul at Thiruvannamalai District and submitted that within short time, the police will complete the investigation and that the petitioner is also aware about the whereabouts of his daughter. 2/4

4.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is disposed of by directing the police to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
