ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.
2. Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1709 of 2025 in C.A.No.30 of 2024 dated 26.06.2025, seeking extension of further time to comply with the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions 1/4
Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2025 in C.A.No.30 of 2024 dated 30.04.2025, this Criminal Revision case is filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not able to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 and Crl.M.P.No.1520 of 2025, dated 06.06.2025, because of the fact that the petitioner suffered from Jaundice at that point of time. For which, he has also produced a doctor certificate dated 01.07.2025.
4. Considering the same, this Court hereby set aside the impugned order dated 26.06.2025, directing the petitioner to comply with the condition passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Cr.M.P.No.1184 of 2025, 30.04.2025, within a period of two weeks from today, that is on or before 11.08.2025. If not complied, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 would be restored. 2/4
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is allowed. No costs. 28.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.
