ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaints dated 21.02.2025 and 22.02.2025 have not been enquired by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry on his complaints dated 21.02.2025 and 22.02.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's aunt has already lodged a complaint as against him before the respondent Police and the same was registered in Crime No.105 of 2025 on 25.02.2025 for the offence under Sections 115(2), 351(2) of BNS. After the registration of the said complaint, the petitioner has also lodged three complaints and the same were treated as petition enquiry in CSR Nos.191, 224 and 226 of 2025. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submits that all the three complaints of the petitioner were enquired and the same were closed as civil dispute.

4. The petitioner has approached this Court that his complaints dated 21.02.2025 and 22.02.2025 have not been enquired by the respondent police properly. According to the respondent Police, they have conducted an enquiry on the petitioner's complaints and closed the same as civil dispute.

5. Therefore, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 08.07.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
