2.This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.380 of 2021 registered on the file of the respondent police. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been closed as mistake of fact. The report is made ready and the same is to be submitted to the jurisdictional Court. If the said report is not accepted by the Court, it is open to the petitioners to move this Court again.
