2.In view of the Memo ROC.A1/1072/2017, dated 25.07.2017 of the Tahsildar, being the fifth respondent whereby the request of the petitioner to take steps to stop illegal mining and acquiring of sand appears to have been addressed, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the writ petitioner does not wish to press the same.
