ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of two units of river sand. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of two units of river sand.

4. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
