Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the interim bail granted to the petitioner 1/3

as per the order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10072 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10307 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender, considering the health condition of his daughter and wife.

3. In view of the same, interim bail granted by this Court vide order in Crl.M.P (MD)No.10072 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10307 of 2023 till 25.07.2023, is extended finally for a period of two weeks. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned prison on or before 08.08.2023.

4.List the main petition on 09.08.2023.
