ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct and dispose of the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in respect of his applications dated 11.11.2017 and 23.08.2019, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted that respondents have passed orders, completed the enquiry, and rejected the application. The learned counsel submits that, therefore, the prayer as such may not survive; however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents dated 21.05.2025. No costs.
