Prayer in WP(MD). 4765 of 2015 :
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015 in the light of Judgment dated 13.02.2015 in W.P. No. 1677 of 2013.

ORDER
The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of with the following directions:
"3.A perusal of the certificate prima facie indicates that the petitioner herein has not undergone two courses simultaneously and her period of instruction of B.Ed., ended in the year 2009 and only thereafter she has pursued M.A. Degree . In any event, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent with all the certificate for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P(MD)No.1235 of 2019 verification and the respondent shall verify the certificates in the light of the above observation made by this Court and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to report before the respondent with all the necessary certificates along with the order copy of this Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
2.Pursuant to the directions of this Court, by order dated 06.12.2018, it is stated that the Teachers Recruitment Board has passed an order on 24.09.2019. In the order of the respondent, the candidature of the petitioner was considered and she was found eligible.
However, it is stated that the petitioner has secured only 95 marks in BC (W) category and that she is not eligible for selection under the category BC (W) for the post of Post Graduate (English) in the recruitment.
3.This Court, going through the order passed by the respondent dated 24.09.2019, is of the view that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has got any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
