This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 668 days in preferring 1/3
criminal revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6277 of 2023, dated 06.06.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivaikutam, Thoothukudi District.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 14.07.2025.
