ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9337 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9337 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The petitioners are economically weaker section and they are unable to mobilize fund to deposit the money and to surrender the sureties before the concerned Court within a time as stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, the petitioners are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9337 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined 2/4
to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
