ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 04.04.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1900 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.130 of 2024, directing the petitioner to produce two sureties, who are respectable persons in the society, in order to ensure the conduct and the availability of the petitioner during the appeal proceedings.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has produced the sureties including the Corporation Employee, but the learned trial Judge has returned the same saying that they are not respectable person. He would further submit that the petitioner's mother and sister are ready to stand as sureties for the petitioner.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner to produce two sureties, who are respectable persons in the society, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to produce two blood sureties to the satisfaction of the concerned Court and they have to file an affidavit to ensure the availability of the petitioner during the appeal proceedings.
5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
