ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13996 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no willful default on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 11.08.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No.13996 of 2021, as certain facts were not brought to the knowledge of the respondents and therefore, the delay has occurred in disposing the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.04.2021. After conducting enquiry, providing reasonable opportunity to all the persons 2/4

concerned, final orders shall be passed by the respondents within a period of 16 weeks from today.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
