O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name S.V.Abirami, aged about 17 years, was found missing from 29.09.2021, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken by the second respondent police to secure the detenu. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing the Habeas Corpus Petition, the detenu was secured and handed over to the parents.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1533 of 2021 3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
