ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to file the final report pertaining to the case registered in Crime No.447 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within the time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.447 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
