PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Already, these petitioners have filed Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7706 of 2025 and the same was listed on 20.06.2025, by that time, the petitioners' counsel does not represent the case before this Court. Hence, the said extension petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. The petitioners are economically weaker section and they are unable to produse the sureties before the concerned Court within a time as stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, the petitioners are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
