ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ni.Mu.3760/2015(A1) dated 08.08.2016 and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the joint patta No.1801 in respect of the property in S.No.177/A1 situated at Ilangulam Village Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 08.08.2016, the petitioner has preferred an appeal, dated 13.01.2021 before the 1st respondent with a condone delay application and therefore, he requested this Court appropriate direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal with a condone delay application.

3.In consideration of the pleadings of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction as under:- "The 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, dated 13.01.2021, which is said to have been filed with a condone delay application, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

4.No costs.
