PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.7(vi) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(vi) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed an anticipatory bail petition before this Court on 07.04.2025 in Crl.OP. (MD).No.6661 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 17.04.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.7(vi) as follows: ''(vi). The petitioners shall stay at Pudukottai and sign before the Thirumaiyam Police Station, Pudukottai daily at 10.00a.m. and 05.00p.m. until further orders.''
3. He further submits that the first petitioner is working as Supervisor in TASMAC at Manamadurai and he is the only breadwinner of his family and the second petitioner is a college student and he is studying Bachelor of Computer Application in PRIST University, Thirumansolai, Sivagangai District. Due to the aforesaid reasons, the petitioners could not able to comply the condition 7(vi) imposed by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by 2/4
modifying the said condition imposed against them. Hence, he prays to allow the present modification petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(vi) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6661 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.7(vi) is modified as ''(vi). The petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
