(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the aove Writ Petition to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in Survey Nos.278, 279 and 280, Thevarkulam Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have already removed the encroachment made in Survey Nos.278, 279 and 280.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
