This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police protection to preform cultural programme (i.e) Adal Padal Dance programme on 30.09.2019 at 7.00 pm to 12.00 am in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Paathakkarai Swamy Thirukovil at Naalumaavadi, Aeral Taluk,Tuticorin District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct cultural programme (i.e) Adal Padal Dance programme on 30.09.2019 in the above said temple, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18771 of 2019 petitioner made a representation on 17.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
