Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Rc.No.4/2016-2017 dated 04.04.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to invoke direct payment system by authorizing the 3rd respondent to disburse monetary and service benefits directly to the petitioners and credit it in their respective bank accounts to protect the petitioners from falling into the acute economic hardship without prejudice to the contending issues involved.
