ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against these petitioners in Crime No.210 of 2024 for the offence under Section4(1-A) of TNP Act, 353 IPC and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and remanded him into judicial custody on 25.06.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 87 liquor bottles.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, he is languishing in jail from 25.06.2024. Therefore, he prays fro grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits appearing for the respondent police submits that this is the second bail application and the petitioner herein is having 38 previous cases to his credit. 2/3

5. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
