The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit in which the Civil Revision Petition has arisen has been dismissed for default on 10.04.2023 and he submitted the copy of the judgment. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. 1/4
2.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to restore the Civil Revision Petition, if in case, the suit is restored to file. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
