The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the directions of this Court, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.04.2022 and that the closure report was also intimated to the petitioner, vide letter, dated 22.04.2022 through registered post and the same was received by the petitioner on 28.04.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
