ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent police to any other competent officer in other district. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a case and case in counter and the counter case in Crime No.94 of 2022 was investigated and a charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in C.C.No.980 of 2022 and thereafter, both cases were ended in acquittal by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Dindigul as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
