After some arguments, Mr.R.Prabu Ramachandran representing learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a civil suit on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Permitted to withdraw. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner, ie., for filing a civil suit on the same cause of action.
