JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Being aggrieved by the order of the Writ Court, dated 02.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.11329 of 2024, the appellant/writ petitioner has filed this writ appeal.

2. Though the learned counsel for the appellants would persuade us to entertain this writ appeal on the question of law of non uploading of necessary certificate at the time of filing of the application, we do not think that we should venture upon such exercise since the first respondent/writ petitioner does not come within the zone of consideration as per the marks obtained by her. The respondent has obtained 100.75 marks in the written examination. The cut-off mark for backward class destitute widow is 111.75. Therefore, the first respondent has no chance of getting employment. Recording the above, the contempt petition filed by the first respondent has also been closed by the learned single Judge on 18.07.2024.

3. In view of the same, we dismiss the writ appeal leaving the question of law open. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
