Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to implement the order passed by the Labour Inspector, Nagercoil in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.279/2014, dated 31.12.2014 and make the Petitioner permanent in service and give the status of Conferment from 30.11.1991.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to implement the order passed by the Labour Inspector, Nagercoil in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.279/2014, dated 31.12.2014 and make the Petitioner permanent in service and give the status of Conferment from 30.11.1991.

2.Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both sides, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the respondent to implement the order already passed by the Labour Inspector, Nagercoil in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.279/2014, dated 31.12.2014 and make the Petitioner permanent in service and give the status of Conferment from 30.11.1991. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner, if no appeal is preferred against the said proceedings dated 31.12.2014 of the Labour Inspector, Nagercoil and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
