ORDER

The petitioner appears to have lodged a complaint before the respondent seeking police protection that the 4th respondent had received money from the petitioner in order to arrange him a job and has also produced fake appointment order and when the petitioner demanded repayment of money, she has intimidated him 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (CrlSide) on instructions submits that this petitioner has not lodged any complaint for the alleged cheating by the 4th respondent for arranging a job and he has not placed any material as to the fake appointment order. This petitioner has made a vague statement and sent the complaint through post on 07.07.2025. The petitioner's complaint is treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.334 of 2025 and they are conducting an enquiry.

4.Though the petitioner claims that he has been cheated by the 4th respondent, he has not lodged any police complaint as against her. He has sent a representation only through post on 07.07.2025 seeking police protection. The respondent police have already registered the same as CSR No.354 of 2025. Therefore, this petition is closed and the respondent police shall conduct an enquiry and conclude the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 10.07.2025 DSK To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Karur District, Karur.
