ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dt.22.12.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, in D.No.1746/2021 dated 15.12.2021 and this Court made the following order:- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.156 of 2016 new No.C.C.No..252 of 2021.
2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 22.12.2020 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.156 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, within a period of Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, sent a request seeking further time to dispose of the said case stating that the case in C.C.No.156 of 2016 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.15433 of 2020 Aruppukottai, was transferred to the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli and new number in C.C.No.251 of 2021 was assigned.
3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.251 of 2021 and the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
