ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, Trichirappalli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.290 of 2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.
3. The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed a suit for declaration of title as well as removal of constructions in the year 2016. The suit is pending for the past 4 years without any progress. On perusal of the "B" Diary Extract it is seen that the Interlocutory Applications filed by the parties are pending in I.A.Nos.810 of 2018 and 945 of 2018.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that due to the construction ingress and egress is affected.
5. Considering the relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, Trichirappalli, to dispose of the pending Interlocutory Applications within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and therefore, dispose of the suit in O.S.No.290 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
