Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to subdivide and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner in respective of Survey No.408/3A1 for an extent of 1 Acre 80 cents, which is situated at Kombaipatti Village, Dindigul East Tk., Dist., on the basis of the representation dated 18-02-2021, within a time frame may be fixed by this representation dated 18-02-2021, within a time frame may be fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 24.04.2021 in W.P(MD) No.8153 of 2021.

2.By such order, the respondent therein was directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2021 on merits and dispose of the same within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Cont.P.(MD).No.1457 of 2021 3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor. He has produced an order dated 23.10.2021 by which the Tahsildar Dindigul East has rejected the petitioner's representation. As such, no case of contempt is made out.

4.Accordingly, Contempt Petition (MD) No.1457 of 2021 is closed by leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the order dated 23.10.2021 in accordance with law.
