The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to take disciplinary action against the 4th to 6th respondents for misusing their official capacity for illegally sealing the petitioner's premises and cutting the petitioner's optic fiber network, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.12.2015.

2. According to the petitioner, she is cable TV Operator and she had started a (MSO) Multi System Operator in the name and style of "Space Link". The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation to the respondents on 05.12.2015 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2015, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
