2. The petitioner's name was included in the history-sheet in the year 2016. The petitioner wants his name to be deleted from the said list. The petitioner is facing a murder case. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that every year, an annual review is undertaken and if for the 2 years preceeding the said review, the petitioner is not involved in any case, his name will be deleted from the history-sheet. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's case when the Board is convened during this month and delete his name also from the history-sheet. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
